Sword-Fish Steak


2 lbs. sword-fish steaks cut 1 inch thick
3 green onions finly, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup dry white wine
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon creole seasoning or salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cook green onions
in butter over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from
heat, and add tabasco, lemon juice, parsley, salt
pepper and wine. Place meat in baking dish, then pour
mixture over it. Place in oven and bake 30 minutes
basting every 5 minutes with wine sauce.
